Back-office employee (PT)

What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll take charge of key administrative and operational tasks, including:

• Correcting and verifying work hours.
• Checking the accuracy of recorded hours and hourly rates.
• Creating and reviewing placements.
• Setting up projects when purchase orders (POs) are received.
• Processing purchase invoices.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting administrative tasks across multiple locations (Porto, Belgium, and partially in the Netherlands).
• Assisting with invoicing processes.

What are we looking for?

We’re searching for someone who brings:

• Familiarity with AFAS software (a bonus but not required).
• An educational background of applied university or higher.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week.
