As Manager Engineering Projects, you’ll be the driving force behind our Projects team, leading a diverse group of project leaders, engineers, and technical authors. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our organization. Here’s what you’ll do:

About you

We are looking for a seasoned leader who thrives on developing people and processes. You bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., industrial, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering).
• At least 10 years of experience in a (high-tech) engineering environment, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
• A strong understanding of communication, conflict management, adaptability, and performance under pressure.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to successfully manage change.
