Bianka Gohl

My name is Bianka Gohl and I am one of the inhouse recruiters at WEB Eindhoven. My recruitment journey started more than 7 years ago back in my hometown of Pretoria in South Africa where I focused on recruiting finance professional. I have now transferred those valuable skills to WEB and identifying Software Engineers from around the world who are eager to join our clients in the high-tech sector in the Netherlands. I believe in getting to know each engineer personally, understanding not only their area of specialization and skill set but also understanding exactly what is next for them in their career to ensure I do not just find them any job but the right job. Having personally gone through the journey myself with my husband, who is a software engineer himself, I know what it takes to not only find a new position abroad but everything that goes along with taking that huge step in relocating. Therefor I believe I could offer some great insight and guidance to all the Software Engineers I assist and make sure their journey with WEB is pleasant and ultimately leads to them landing that dream job in the Netherlands.
