Dennis Raaijmakers

My name is Dennis Raaijmakers, and I am the Operations Manager of WEB. I am responsible for everything that happens internally in our organization. Here I try to create an environment where people can develop themselves, have fun and work hard. An environment in which we strive for success and sustainable growth. Not only from a business point of view, but mainly on our employees personal growth. I truly believe that people are able to extract the most out of themselves in a pleasant working environment. At WEB we focus on Hardware and Software engineering. Our teams have their own specialty to ensure that we work together in the best way possible, to provide our clients with the right knowledge. At home I have a ‘women’s household’. I married my wife in 2016 and we have three beautiful daughters. I love spending time with my kids, and also like to go out for dinner. When I have spare time in the weekends you can find me at the soccer field or golf course. Refreshing my mind, before starting a new week with my colleagues at WEB.
