Kaat Van Hemelrijk

Hi there! My name is Kaat Van Hemelrijk, and I am a dedicated recruiter (talent magician, according to Tijmen) from the beautiful country of Belgium. I am currently working with the fantastic Belgium team, passionately helping them grow and thrive. My role allows me to do what I love most: connecting with people, understanding their aspirations, and eventually assisting them in finding their dream job with WEB Belgium. In addition to recruiting, I also contribute my knowledge in marketing to the WEB marketing team.

Did you know that Belgium has more castles per square kilometer than any other country in the world? It’s just one of the fun facts about our country, which is also famous for its beers, fries, and chocolate. Like most Belgians, I am a big foodie! Food is not just a passion for me; it’s a way of life. Belgian cuisine is known for its unique aspects (where we can pair everything and anything with a different beer), which reflect our cultural significance (we brew over 1500 different kinds of beers). Our love for food and beer is a common thread that connects us all.
