Rob van de Plas

My name is Rob and I started at WEB in April 2023 as Competence Lead Project Management. Besides executing projects by myself, I will be responsible for the project management competence within the projects department of WEB. I will make sure that the level of project management competence is safeguarded and improved over time. Along with the ambitions of WEB, I will make sure that project management team will grow. In the end it will come down to that my colleagues and me can perform our work happier, easier, better and more efficient. Together with my team of project managers we want to deliver impact to our customers and provide them with top-notch delivery. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends, play the guitar, take photo’s, play videogames or sport.
