As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you make an impact at WEB. You find the right people in the market and help them take the next step in their careers. Together with your recruitment team, you create new opportunities and are responsible for recruiting various engineering profiles.

Because we anticipate significant growth in the coming years, you are a recruiter who contributes to realizing these ambitions. This means there is room for new initiatives and ideas throughout the recruitment process.

What will you do?

  • You actively recruit and select candidates for various positions.
  • You collaborate with business managers and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Together with your HR colleagues, you strengthen our HR policies.
  • You optimize our recruitment processes at a strategic level.
  • You contribute to employer branding and support the organization of various events and initiatives.

Who are we?

We are WEB. Specialized in recognizing, identifying, and inspiring hardware and software talent from all over the world for high-tech R&D assignments in the Eindhoven region and beyond. We do this in various constructions; from deploying our personnel at the client’s site to in-house projects.

Thanks to our personal approach, good relationships with our clients, insight into the market, and full support for candidates moving from abroad, we are successful time and time again.

Who are you?

You love to get things moving. You like to be in control and think at least three steps ahead. You set the bar high, for yourself and others. You strive to control the world around you with order and structure. You have already earned your stripes in the field. Specifically, this means that you:

  • Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in terms of education and thinking;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.

Your soft skills are just as important. You are enterprising, not afraid of anything, but at the same time calculated and always well-prepared. You have a long-term vision and understand well what concrete short-term goals need to be achieved to make this happen.
