The objective was to create a guiding document that would align leadership and operational teams to provide a clear direction for the coming years.
Our approach
WEB was asked to consolidate all available information into a unified European vision paper.
We cross-referenced strategic objectives, operational requirements, persona definitions, KPI frameworks, transformation blueprints, and technical roadmaps.
