Maaike Dekkers

I joined WEB in September 2024 as Head of Human Capital Development. Together with my enthusiastic team, I work to ensure that all our colleagues are satisfied, engaged, and continuously growing both personally and professionally. Our goal is to nurture the right mindset and mentality while aligning talents with the right projects—all in support of WEB’s mission: helping leading technology companies accelerate innovation.

With over 20 years of experience in this field, I truly enjoy the energy and variety this role brings. WEB is an international, fast-growing organization, and I’m proud to be part of it.

I live in Waalre with my family. In my free time, I stay active through padel, tennis, and the gym. I also enjoy watching sports and spending quality time with friends and family—especially when it involves great food!
