My name is Mike van Strien. Throughout my career, I have always believed that real results come when you put people first. For me, it is about building relationships, creating true connections and moving forward together.
What excites me about my role at WEB is the opportunity to bring my experience and energy into an ambitious organization that is eager to grow. I am especially motivated by the chance to work with major clients in Eindhoven and to contribute to the further growth and success of WEB.
Outside of work, my life revolves around my family with three young sons. I am also active at my football club as head of youth development, where I work with trainers and teams to guide young players in their growth. I find it inspiring to see them develop not only as footballers but also as individuals.
