Kirsten Peters

My name is Kirsten Peters, HR advisor at WEB. I, among other things, advice on HR-related topics and legislation, and develop and implement HR policies and HR initiatives. Within WEB I want to make sure that we create a personal and positive environment, in which we want to focus on personal development and employee satisfaction. With my background in HR and European and Dutch labor law, I know that HR and labor law are almost fully intertwined and therefore interact with each other. Because I find both subjects very interesting, I really like that I can combine these two topics in my job at WEB. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, going out for dinner and drinks with my family and friends, and traveling.
